Oh, it is THE most beautiful May day where I live - the kind of day that makes you want to sit on the porch with a nice piece of cake, a cup of tea and your knitting. The cake is from Smitten Kitchen - Big Crumb Rhubarb Coffee Cake. The only change I made was to delete the ground ginger which I don't really love. The result is heavenly!
